Biography & Metadata

Piotr Wiese is a Polish-born, Spanish-based composer, pianist, and producer with over 150M streams worldwide. His music pairs intimate piano writing with cinematic electronics. In 2025, Wiese’s track “Idio” featured in Paolo Genovese’s Follemente – the highest-grossing Italian film of the 2024–25 season ($22M+ worldwide), sold to more than 140 territories. In 2026, Piotr signed an exclusive worldwide publishing agreement with Bucks Music Group (David Bowie, The Rolling Stones, Ed Sheeran). His music has been featured on renowned radio shows (BBC, KEXP, SBSR.FM), at prestigious festivals (European Film Festival, the 75th Sanremo Music Festival), and covered by notable music magazines (Music Week, Headphone Commute, Gezeitenstrom). Wiese holds an MA in Composition from the University of Bristol. His releases span Moderna Records, 1631 Recordings, Bigo & Twigetti and LoFi Girl, a global leader in lo-fi music, with distribution including Decca/Universal Music. Alongside studio work, he brings his cinematic catalogue to the stage, evolving from solo piano to a fuller show with electronics. In the heart of Spain’s Valencia region, in a tiny village surrounded by mountains near the Mediterranean Sea, Piotr has realised his dream of turning part of his old house into Llocnou Studio. From this newly completed space, he is creating KOSMOS, a genre-defying album of piano and electronics centred on a restored 1895 C. Bechstein grand: a piano as a lens on infinity.
