RJ Lalonde

RJ Lalonde was raised in small town Saskatchewan, where the radio dial swung between old school country and 90s grunge, two sounds that never fully let go of him. As the bass player in Eldebrock, whose debut record was produced by Ryan Anderson (of Nickelback fame) and mixed by the legendary Michael Wagener, he got his first taste of the artist life. But before that, and for years alongside it, he was a man wandering and searching -working blue collar jobs before eventually becoming a CPA accountant. Through all of it, the music and songwriting was always there, waiting. Now recording as a solo artist, RJ Lalonde writes songs built from that same blend of grit and prairie roots. His debut EP "Handprints" sits at the crossroads of 90s country and rock... songs about family, hard work and the backroads that shaped him.
