Dumakahle, Born Mpilo Seluleko Nkosi in Vryheid. Grew up in a rural environment rich in culture and tradition. Raised between Mpumazi Village and Osizweni in Newcastle, he developed a love for music early. In 2023 Dumakahle earned Gold certificate on Bafuna sihlukane(featuring Nomfundo Moh) he also worked with Sjava and Anzo (Amakhehla) His debut album (life after matric)gained attention, setting the stage for multiple successful releases. His music blends poetic wisdom with catchy rhythms. Dumakahle remains grounded in his culture and family values. He often speaks about discipline, love, and faith. He’s admired for humility and his devotion to keeping Maskandi true to its roots
