Neko At Stella

Neko at Stella was born in 2009 as a guitar and drums duo, which resulted in the release of their first self-titled album, recorder at Soviet Studio by Matteo Marenduzzo, in 2013. These are tracks full of Glauco's deep love for the blues, enriched with desert rock and shoegaze sounds. After some changes, they found the perfect lineup with Glauco (guitars, vocals) and Jacopo (drums), finally joined by Roberto (organs, pianos). At the end of 2017, Shine, their second album, was released: recorded at Oxygen Studios by the skilled hands of Paride Lanciani (trained with Steve Albini), it is a solid record, played and sweated all live. The atmospheres are based on the balance between stillness and disturbance, from melodies built on guitar and organ that fade into chaos, seasoned with just the right amount of psychedelia. A new album, Into the Wasteland, has been released on April 4, 2025, produced and recorded by Håkon Gebhardt, acclaimed member of Motorpsycho, in his Das Boot Studio.
