With distorted but ironically ambient guitar riffs and like…an entire discography produced and mix engineered, from scratch, by him or something, Jason Tisan Usman aka Granny Tisan is like a super cool Nigerian based, fringe artist, singer/songwriter and guitarist who grew up in music, now crafting a punk and heavy metal infused sound blended with Afro-beats, he pioneers an Afro-Beats sub-genre which he calls Afro-Metal. Inspired by artists and bands like Nirvana, Ycee, AC/DC, Bullet For My Valentine, Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Metallica, Jimi Hendrix, Megadeth, Guns N' Roses, Kanye West and many more (I really like rock music) oh, it’s supposed to look like someone else is typing this.
