Arya Gaston

Arya Gaston is a Brooklyn-based multi-disciplinary artist carving a name for themselves as a producer, songwriter, director, composer & multi-instrumentalist. Psychedelic soul is the vibe, love is the tribe. Arya released her debut album "Inside The Outside, The Inbetween" in 2018 with co-producer Bryan DiMaio, the pair have been working side by side since 2011. The Sophomore album "You Really Blew My Mind" was recorded and co-produced by Kevin Basko of Rubber Band Gun and mixed live to tape in a weekend in 2020. Gaston recorded a series of singles independantly during the pandemic and released them one as an EP: Radical Persistance. Arya's third LP "EVOLVE or DISSOLVE pt.1 (2023) was co-produced by DiMaio featuring many of Arya's close collaborators including Danae Greenfield, Spaceman Patterson, Chase Potter, Antonio Solis, Horace Phillips, Matt Schumacher, Gabriel Stanley, Bill Campbell, Qung Xav & Justin Nash Fisher. Arya is a seasoned live music director/multi-instrumentalist who regularly sings & performs a variety of instruments live throughout NYC and beyond. Arya has performed & toured with numerous acts including Zoya, Kat Cunning, Tor Miller, Rachel Grae, Yellow Shoots, SunDub, Nino Disco & more.  Arya is also an active film-composer and provided the music for Michael Rice’s award-winning 2023 documentary film Black as u r.
