Humble Feet

My name is Michael. I’m a Christian songwriter, from Minnesota, living and serving Jesus with my family in Cairo, Egypt. I’m passionate about writing lyrics with deep biblical truth using poetic imagery and creative word craft. When it comes to the music, I love to blend acoustic instruments with orchestral elements, vocal harmonies, and fresh indie sounds. The name Humble Feet was inspired by the journey of surrendering my life in humility for the Lord to lead and guide, regardless of where my feet may tread. "As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”" (Romans 10:15) ———— The debut self-titled Humble Feet album was voted as Independent Album of the Year in 2019 by Never For Nothing. They wrote “Contemporary Christian Music has been the poorer without this album – it really is that good. 10/10” The six-song EP, With Tears and Song, produced by Brandon Bee, released in 2023 taking its name from the profound truth that our labors in Christ, though they may be accompanied by tears, will culminate in songs of joy. Recent releases include singles - Chasing Sheep & Dunes of Endearment in partnership with ENGEDI, worship single - Choosing Hunger, and concept EP - Cynical Saint, produced by Spencer Annis, which engages in a poetic exploration of the tension between doubt and faith in the church. Spiritual Trench EP, produced by @Jacob Early is due to release in March, 2027 Socials and Merch: @humblefeetmusic linktr.ee/humblefeet
