Airbase

Airbase is the alias of Swedish DJ and producer Jezper Lorné (formerly known as Jezper Söderlund). Emerging around the turn of the millennium, Airbase became a key part of the melodic trance scene from 2000 onward. A selection of releases from this period includes Genie , Escape , Medusa , Denial , Modus Operandi and Panache - Original Mix , tracks closely associated with the melodic and emotionally driven sound of that era. Across his career, Airbase has released more than 100 original productions and over 50 remixes. His work has appeared on labels including Black Hole Recordings, Armada Music, ID&T, Platipus Records and Alphabet City. Remix credits include work for artists such as Tiësto , Armin van Buuren ,Above & Beyond , ARTY , Bryan Kearney and Pulser. As a DJ, Airbase has performed worldwide, including appearances at Tomorrowland, The O2 Arena, Ibiza, Trance Energy and Luminosity Beach Festival, and he has previously toured as a supporting act with Tiësto. After an extended hiatus, Airbase has returned with new material that builds forward rather than looking back. The work is informed by the past, but not driven by it, where experience shapes the sound without repeating it.
