Israel Jones weaves vibrant soundscapes, unorthodox flows, and intentional penmanship together to express his messages to the listener. Known for his introspection and vulnerability, Jones’ work often reflects stories of growth, triumph, and revelation. Jones would get his start in Gainesville, Florida through free-styling in the local area. Ultimately, his pursuit for education would lead him to Tallahassee. During his undergraduate years he would be able to refine his talents through the local poetry scene and a slew of projects that pushed boundaries and built words. Albums such as The Sun Shines On Us All Would help solidify Jones’ artistry and help highlight an already rich discography during this time. Currently based in New Jersey, Jones is continuing to expand his artistry and fanbase. His latest opus Go With God is a southern odyssey. The project is not only layered with stories of leaving home to find greener pastures, but it serves as a journal entry of Jones’ personal quest to find spiritual clarity. Additionally, Jones would be an integral piece in the formation of the independent label Brick Road Records. Featuring a roster of artists set to leave their imprint on Hip Hop, Brick Road Records continues to trailblaze and set a new standard in music. The release of their 2024 project Feels Like Forever serves as their soulful introduction to the world.
