SAINT MARLOE

No, I don’t use AI to write any of my songs. 100% me, start to finish. For better or worse. They would probably be better with help from AI… I write songs about the things people spend years trying to make sense of. The friendships that ended without closure. The relationships that slowly rewrote your reality. The conversations you replay at 3 a.m. wishing you’d said something different. Coparenting chaos and the manipulation. Most of my songs start as observations, screenshots, journal entries, voice notes, unanswered questions, and stories people have trusted me with. I try to turn complicated experiences into something listeners can point to and say, “That’s exactly what it felt like.” If you’ve ever found yourself collecting pieces of a story after it fell apart, you’ll probably find yourself somewhere in these songs. -SM
