You Liang

You Liang is a Singapore-born, Tokyo-based artist creating uplifting, piano-led house built around memorable melodies, heartfelt songwriting, deep grooves and global rhythms. Their musical journey began in 2014 through piano and a cappella, where they learned to deconstruct songs and reinterpret them from new perspectives. Before launching their solo project, they wrote J-pop for idol groups and composed music for games. These experiences shaped their core philosophy: melody and emotion first, rhythm and energy close behind. This approach has taken You Liang from Tokyo clubs to stages across Asia, Europe and beyond, with more than 650 performances and releases on Revealed Recordings, Smash The House and Black Hole Recordings. In 2025, they were selected as a Pete Tong DJ Academy Future Talent at IMS Ibiza. Whether singing on their own records or producing with collaborators, You Liang turns personal emotions into shared dancefloor moments.
