About Monsters

Following their highly successful self-titled debut album from 2019, which racked up over two million streams in total, ABOUT MONSTERS have made a name for themselves in the German modern metal scene. The following album, “Hidden Dystopia,” released in May 2025 and produced by Julian Breucker (Smash Into Pieces, Within Temptation, etc.) and Christoph Wieczorek (Annisokay, Beyond The Black, etc.), has led ABOUT MONSTERS into the heavier areas of modern metal without losing their musical identity of powerful riffs and driving choruses. At the end of 2025, ABOUT MONSTERS parted ways with founding member and frontwoman Madeleine Wiebe. Bianca Herrmann was brought in as the new lead singer. Together, they recorded a new single in the spring of 2026, which will be released at the end of April 2026. The NEW HORIZONS TOUR, taking place in Germany and Austria in May 2026, marks a new beginning for the band.
