ANDY KAUTZ

Andy Kautz is a producer, DJ, and instrumentalist from Medford, Oregon currently residing in Las Vegas. After graduating from Berklee College of Music in 2012, Kautz moved to LA where he was soon signed by legendary hit-maker Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins and Sony BMG. This gave him the perfect environment to hone his production skills while working with some of the biggest names in Pop. The up-and-coming producer draws his musical influences from his classical piano background, as well as his love for emotional movie soundtracks, which have since inspired his sentimental productions. With his masterful blend of emotive piano, uplifting cinematic textures, atmospheric sound design, and heart-wrenching melodies, Kautz has been known to consistently deliver the harmonious blend of dreamy electronic soundscapes and poignant cinematic elements with piano-driven compositions. Kautz’s musicality and songwriting truly stand out from others in the melodic scene due to his unique musical background, and he has finally emerged as an artist to watch for with the launch of his eponymous ANDY KAUTZ project. Teaming up with multi-talented singer & producer Zack Gray, Andy Kautz will be self-releasing his debut single “Whatever It Takes” on August 19, 2022 on Gray’s label, 191 Collective. The genre-defying anthem will be soon followed by his second single, “Army of Angels”, releasing September 9, 2022 alongside Synymata and Elle Vee via Insomniac’s label imprint, Lost in Dreams.
