Magnus John Anderson

Magnus John Anderson is a Swedish modern classical composer, pianist and producer whose music has recently been heard on the American classical stations KUSC (Los Angeles) and KDFC (San Francisco), as well as on German public radio WDR 5. Based between Stockholm and Berlin, he writes intimate piano works shaped by atmosphere and melody. His music follows a form of Nordic storytelling — not narrative events, but presence and memory. Blending neoclassical piano, ambient textures and subtle electroacoustic sound design, his pieces are shaped by landscape, stillness and emotional depth.
