Didascalis

Didascalis is an Italian project with lounge / chillout / deephouse flavor, behind which is Davide Marani, a multi-instrumentalist composer, former of several live projects, arranger and session singer, boasts collaborations with several Italian djs / producers. 11 albums released to date, of which the 4 only in digital and 3 also on CD. With 2013's Enjoy My Wrong Shoes he pays tribute to Depeche Mode and goes on rotating on , 12 covers and 12 originals. 23: 32 is the album title coming out in 2016, consolidating its exclusive sound. In 2020 the long awaited new album No Tears, No Fears after a 3 years hiatus, is a homage to Tears For Fears conceived in his unmistakable sound. The 2020 lockdown due to pandemic, has been a prolific moment for finish half-made tracks, make new music and decide to release the next work comprising covers, songs and instrumentals tunes, and declaring that it will be the last album, entitled I Am / I Was out on March 9th, 2022. But it was not like that. In 2024 he releases the self-titled work he declared the closest to @Beautiful Memories Of A Strange Summer Breeze made only of original compositions.
