Marco Polo is a Canadian-born, New York-based producer, composer, and sound designer known for his gritty drums, soulful textures, and cinematic boom bap sound. Over the past two decades, he has worked with legendary artists including Rakim, The Lox, Westside Gunn, Talib Kweli, and many more. A longtime collaborator of DJ Premier, Marco recently contributed original compositions to the Nas & DJ Premier album Light Years. Beyond records, his sound design work with Akai Professional, Native Instruments, and FL studios has made him a trusted name among producers worldwide.
