East of Indigo

Hey, we’re Heath Lancaster & Jess Josie Lee, an Australian/English duo who met busking at Coogee Beach in Sydney (just east of the indigo stripe of the rainbow). What started as a turf war quickly turned into harmonising on each other’s songs with zero practice but a lot of fun. On the way home we realised we were neighbours and decided to record a song together at Heath’s home studio (aka his bedroom directly under the flight path). We’ve been writing and recording songs ever since. Thanks for being here. We hope our songs make you feel something. Hopefully see you on the road somewhere x For fans of: Hazlett, Wild Rivers, Angus & Julia Stone, Ocie Elliott, The Paper Kites, Garrett Kato, Harrison Storm, Lord Huron, Mt. Joy, Bebe Stockwell
