Biography & Metadata
kaso is a lo-fi beatmaker from cologne. Inspired by his older brother, also a producer, he fell in love with dusty samples, rich textures, and hard-knocking drums - and is still chasing the spirit of the SoundCloud lo-fi era, trying to keep that timeless sound alive. Paying close attention to textures and raw sound design, kaso contributes to shaping the sound of the lo-fi underground while preserving the organic, imperfect and sample-driven spirit of the genre and pushing back against some of the recent developments.
