pMad is the Post-Punk, Gothic Indie Rock solo project of Irish musician Paul Dillon, based in Portumna, Co. Galway. Influenced by The The, The Cure, Killing Joke, Rammstein, and Depeche Mode, pMad creates a powerful fusion of darkwave, post-punk, industrial, and metal-infused indie rock. Since its emergence in 2021, pMad has topped independent charts worldwide and earned extensive global airplay. Following the success of Who Why Where What (2022) and I in Power (2023), pMad returns with the new 2026 album 1 + 1 = -1 , a concept-driven exploration of distorted truth, personal struggle, and the chaos of modern life.
