Indigo Daydream

Indigo Daydream is the alt-rock creation of independent musician Nick Cheshire. Making atmospheric indie rock on the South West Coast of England, Indigo Daydream draws inspiration from the bands he loves from The Beatles & David Bowie to Ride & The Boo Radleys fusing 90's alt rock with psych rock and dreampop influences. Indigo Daydream has shown tremendous promise as an unsigned indie artist featuring several times on BBC Introducing, BBC Radio 4 & BBC Devon as well as Exile FM & Amazing Radio. His music also forms the soundtrack to two short films. 'Slow Down' was shortlisted into the top 20 films at the 2022 NASA Cinespace Short Film Competition & was a semi-finalist at the Paris International Short Film Festival. Recent reviews: “Indigo Daydream is legitimately Beatles-esque. 'Room on My Cloud' is a track that draws you into its otherworldly mood. A definite gem!” Neil March (Fresh on the Net & Exile FM) “Indigo Daydream have twisted Strawberry Fields Forever, I felt like I was inside Christopher Nolan’s Inception. Calling it a cover is an understatement…it sounds like a new song. It’s as if the Beatles of the future had come to us using Doc Brown’s DeLorean....” Edgar Allen Poets "A swirling fusion of guitars, drums and synths... magnificent and breathtaking." Other Side Reviews Indigo daydream will release a series of singles during the summer of 2024 culminating in a debut EP in October in support of the Green Music Program.
