Lavier

Lavier is the moniker of Pennsylvania based electronic music artist Dylan Evans. The beginning of Lavier’s extensive musical history dates back long before his foray into electronic music, with decades under his belt as a solo jazz guitarist, and as a member of numerous bands of varying genres. This is evident in the tasteful and expressive composition of his tracks, which thread the needle between genres like dubstep, garage, and drum and bass with distinguishable grace and respect to the roots of each sound. He has a deep appreciation and understanding of each step in the production process, and his love for DJing runs equally deep — seen in his immersive sets that explore a vast range of styles while remaining concise and impactful. The Lavier project has seen dozens of releases and hundreds of performances around the US since its birth in 2015, and there are no signs of slowing down any time soon.
