Biography & Metadata

Husayn’s journey from Maadi, Egypt, to the forefront of Arabic hip-hop is marked by fearless innovation and emotional depth. He broke into the scene in 2019 with “Keif,” instantly turning heads with his raw vocal delivery, introspective songwriting, and genre-blending production. Ever since, Husayn has carved a lane of his own: unapologetically real, sonically ambitious, and lyrically cutting. In 2020, he co-founded M-Town Mafia, a label that played a key role in shaping Egypt’s modern rap wave. His track “Stop-Magnolia” (ft. FL EX) from the Sonseyat Mixtape, and his verses on “Mesama3een” and the viral “Scene Cypher 03”, helped define a generation of underground sound. His debut album “SWITCH” (2023) was a game-changer. Tracks like “Same3 El Haky,” “Hoss,” and “Dawletna” pushed sonic boundaries and cemented his influence across the region. Following its release, his chart-topping collaboration “Blanco” with Abo El Anwar and viral features on “333” (Tommy Gun) and “Molto” (Shikago) expanded his reach. In 2024, “Melyasy” and the two-track EP “Akher Fatra” showcased his artistic range and emotional storytelling. But 2025 marked a defining moment in Husayn’s evolution with the reflective EP “El Waqt El Daye3” and his cinematic, emotionally-driven album “El Moqabla”, a release that reshaped the rules of album storytelling in Arabic rap. Unfiltered, visionary, and rooted in personal truth, Husayn isn’t just shaping sound; he’s building a legacy.
