Jeff CALY is a Paris-based producer shaping Balearic Disco Chromé — an Italo-disco DNA refracted through artificial intelligence to evoke nostalgia for a future that never existed. Raised around 80s drum machines and the Belgian producers Jean-Luc Drion and Jean Van Loo, he learned early how outsider ideas could rival safer formulas. At 17, he co-produced the Italian single “Mr Jack & Mr Joke,” a formative blueprint for his concept-driven, remix-minded approach. Today his sound blends balearic sunshine, pearly chrome textures, and dystopian twists, with surges of electro-house energy. His method is hybrid — AI generation with human retouch — guided by feelings before perfection: kitsch & chic, for Smart People.
