Biography & Metadata
GQjesus was born in San Diego, California and raised in Greenville, South Carolina. He currently lives in Sioux Falls, SD and is a rising Midwest artist. He has a wide range of music influences from Lil Wayne, Kanye West, Outkast, $uicideBoy$, J. Cole and Michael Jackson. His music defies a lane, and he writes what he feels in the moment. GQjesus has done shows with Machine Gun Kelly, Nelly, Waka Flocka, 3-6 Mafia, Kid Ink, Kirko Bangz, PROF, Phix, and Denham. He got the nickname Pretty Jesus due to his long hair and outlandish fashion sense, which draws attention in a Midwest market where nobody dresses like him. While the music stands on its own, it's his live performances featuring incredible stage presence, crowd chants, stage diving and mosh pits that set this artist apart.
