Jaypopah

Born Jimmy Ebuara, JAYPOPAH is a native of Cross River State, Nigeria. He was raised in the Suburban Town of MARARABA, where it borders FCT Abuja. OG POPAH, as he’s fondly known by friends and fans alike, found music from home like most kids growing in a suburban Nigerian neighborhood. He quickly picked up rapping and started freestyling to beats from popular rap songs. He has since evolved to blend different genres to create a unique sound that he termed ‘Big Boys Music’, because it leaves you grooving while simultaneously inspiring you to keep hustling. Popah is fast becoming a force to reckon with, as his back to back polarizing releases have garnered critical and commercial underground acclaim. Not to mention co-sign from a couple of mainstream acts.
