Biography & Metadata

Phutek's destiny as a global success story of 2018 is imminently approaching, Relentlessly filling a void within the current underground landscape, he has cemented a staunch reputation already with his unique big room techno flavour, not only within industry but out there where it really counts, the dance floor! Heavily influenced and guided by the likes of the late, great Tony De Vit and Carl Cox, it’s no surprise that his productions and DJ Sets rely heavily on both of their classic fundamentals of depth and energy, to captivate the listener and stand out from the rest. Phutek’s productions are never far away from the playlists of the Techno hierarchy. The king himself Carl Cox has proven a consistent vehicle of support, taking the Phutek sound into the global arenas of Awakenings, Timewarp, Space Ibiza, The Burning Man, Ultra Music Festival, Tomorrowland & Cocoon. Not only proving the notion his productions are designed for the biggest DJ in the world, but also the biggest stages.
2017 saw his highly acclaimed ‘Edged EP’ getting signed to Carl’s leading Intec Digital label, with the track Prodigious being used as the soundtrack to Coxy’s end of year video. Both Awakenings and Kappa Future Music Festival also handpicked Phutek’s music as their annual video soundtracks last year. Further testament to his commodity as an artist right now. Full force, heads down Techno, designed for the biggest party's in the World is this artists soundtrack.
