Born and raised in Chicago, Irene Michaels has spent decades captivating audiences with her elegance, energy, and timeless creative spirit. A lifelong performer, she continues to defy ageism in entertainment — guided by her personal motto: “Forever Young.” Irene began her career as a singer, dancer, and model, winning Miss Photo Flash at 21. Her success led to roles in General Hospital, Home Alone 2, and Killer Klowns from Outer Space. Outside performing, she built the I On… brand — a platform celebrating music, entertainment, beauty, and the luxury lifestyle — with I On The Scene as its flagship. She later launched the I On Youth Collection™ skincare line and her book I On Beauty. Music remains her greatest passion. Returning to recording in her seventies, Irene earned acclaim for “I Like Rain,” won a Josie Music Award, and received GRAMMY® consideration with releases on TRAX Records and Tribeca Records. She was invited to perform at the CMA Theater for the 10th Anniversary Josie Music Awards. In 2025, she won Song of the Year – Hip-Hop for “My Heart” featuring Twizm Whyte Piece. Her one-woman shows — in Chicago, Los Angeles, Nashville, New York, and Palm Springs — blend classic cabaret with modern touches and her signature glamour.
