Whirlwind D

Whirlwind D has been releasing music since the early 90s. With regular play on BBC6 Music, especially from Craig Charles, his brand of hip hop has taken him all over the world, regularly performing in countries like Germany and France and supporting hip hop icons such as Public Enemy, Wu-Tang Clan, The Pharcyde and Main Source to name a few. As well as receiving play on the BBC, his music has been written about in publications such as DJ Mag and Hip Hop Connection over the years. He has spent most of the last decade signed to B-Line Recordings, but has also recorded for Jalapeno Records, Britcore Rawmance, Liberty Grooves and AE Productions. Collaborations have included work with artists such as Lewis Parker, Farma G, Chrome & Illinspired, Specifik, Mr Thing, Phill Most Chill and Oxygen to name a few.
