Heidi Elgaard

San Francisco-based singer/songwriter first emerged into the music scene with the release of the Hazy Blue Project featured on KFOG's local anesthetic program. A prolific songwriter who has recorded with members of the Counting Crows, the Tubes, Pokemon writer/orchestrator and others, dozens of her original songs are distributed online to global audiences. Catchy melodies, Beatlesque chord transitions, and deep lyrics characterize Elgaard's music, and her voice has been described for its "clean range and... sensuality" by the Showcase Music Times. "SOARING, DELICATE MELODIES make The Hazy Blue Project remind us of early 10,000 Maniacs." - Hear Music "EVERYONE HERE LOVES THE ALBUM. We're excited to be the first station to broadcast it." - Bill Evans, Music Director, KFOG FM/San Francisco "I absolutely love the "PINK ELEPHANTS" track. The song's harmonics are unique and the voice ATTRACTIVE & ENDEARING" - A Fan Interested in licensing Heidi Elgaard songs to include on your own recording or for video, film, television?
