Bells Deep

Bells Deep makes adventurous, introspective, ambitious rock music. A Midwesterner by birth but an Angeleno at heart, Corey Michael Bell uses bold, virtuosic melodies and scathing cultural critique to create socially conscious, of-the-moment rock songs—often using his home base of Los Angeles as a backdrop. Inspired by the chaos that descended on LA during the summer of 2025, Bell began recording the songs that would form The Deep State EP, a collection of five polemic tracks that employ a range of new wave, post-punk and experimental textures against a gritty, alt-rock soundscape supported by a hip-hop-style drum machine.
