The PLEXIPHONES stand for catchy alternative pop with an international sound. Since their formation, they have established themselves as a permanent fixture in the music scene and are known for their energetic live performances. At the end of June 2025, the band from Mönchengladbach accompanied Thirty Seconds To Mars as support on their German tour. With influences from rock, pop and electronic music, PLEXIPHONES create a unique world of sound and unmistakable songs that inspire across generations and are repeatedly played by DJs. and are repeatedly picked up and reinterpreted by DJs and remixers. They have collaborated with top DJs such as Sash!, HEIN+KLEIN and Maurice Da Vido, shared the stage with ZZ Top, Alphaville, Heaven 17, Fury In The Slaughterhouse, played shows in London and Oxford and reached top positions in the German alternative charts with almost all of their singles and albums. The new AuraWave Remix of PLEXIPHONES’ “It Feels Wrong” sparkles in two takes: the shimmering Starlight Remix and the sun-drenched California Sunset Remix. Retro synths, hypnotic grooves, and cinematic vibes transform the track into pure synthpop magic.
