Physical Illusion

Physical Illusion – pioneer of the Ukrainian Drum & Bass scene and one half of the electronic duo SVITLO. A musician and sound producer with an impressive catalog of releases on leading labels such as Fokuz Recordings, Syndrome Audio, Absys, Scientific Records, Fokuz LTD, Celsius, and Modulate. The music of Physical Illusion has been supported by scene giants such as John B, Concord Dawn, London Elektricity, and LTJ Bukem. As the founder of Intelligent Recordings, he brought together established names and gave a platform to many rising talents. In 2023, together with Stereotype, he launched a new project – SVITLO, focused on more melodic electronic music with influences of jazz, hip-hop, and funk. The duo also collaborates with live musicians such as guitarists, saxophonists, and trumpet players. That same year they founded their own label, SVITLO MUSIC. Alongside Drum & Bass, Physical Illusion as a producer now devotes more attention to genres like Downtempo and House, expanding his creative palette and musical vision.
