Widow

Based in the depths of the magical forest of the Sunshine Coast, BC: Ryan Ryder is an edge pushing bass connoisseur and up and coming DJ and Producer who has been sculpting and innovative style of bass music he calls "Creep-step". His journey with music began in his early years and quickly took an interest to production after six years playing in several heavy metal bands as a drummer. Shortly after, he discovered the electronic music scene. Festival culture activated a new found "sense of self" which led him to production, drawing inspiration from deep dubstep artists such as Truth, The Widdler, Leon Switch and Sleeper. Widow was then born. 4 years later and he is already getting recognition from major labels such as Duploc, Deep Dark and Dangerous, Blck and Opulence. Widow is the newest member on Deep, Dark & Dangerous with his new EP "Hoia Baciu" releasing aug 28th, 2020. Truth stated "This is probably our most haunted and terrifying release to date!" His intention is to bring individuals to meet their edges by provoking emotions through song and dance in order to facilitate unity and transformation.
