ARJ (IR)

ARJ (IR) is a 24-year old Toronto-born electronic music producer and DJ with Iranian roots known for his work in deep progressive house. He developed a natural connection to the genre’s hypnotic grooves and long-form storytelling by the age of 5 from his dad. By 2019, that early passion evolved into action when he began DJing, spending years refining his taste and understanding of flow behind the decks. In 2025, he expanded his creative vision by stepping into music production, translating the influences and musical intuition built over years of listening and DJing into his own original compositions. He developed his craft through dedicated experimentation and a growing interest in creating immersive, evolving compositions, most notably alongside fellow progressive house artist Will Daley. He has already signed to prestigious labels such as Solis (Alex O'Rion), Kitchen (Supacooks), Purrfection (Forty Cats), Venture (Kebin van Reeken), Plastic Fantastic (Cortona), Rude Resonance (Hobin Rude), Mango Alley (Mango) and many more in his first year of production, already carving out his path in the global scene. Having already received support from Alex O'Rion, John Cosani, Redspace, Mariano Mellino, Antrim, Blake Jarrell, Ruben Karapetyan, Nicolas Viana, Gai Barone, Shai T, Sahar Z, and shared the stage with Yulia Niko, Guy Mantzur, Hicky & Kalo, Armen Miran, Mayro, and DJ Ruby, ARJ (IR) continues to develop his artistic voice with steady growth and authentic expression.
