Iver Rivers

Iver Rivers is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist crafting music at the intersection of soul, rhythm, and reflection. Fusing African influences with alternative R&B, hip-hop, and soul, he creates intimate, cinematic records marked by rich storytelling, layered harmonies, and emotional depth. Raised between Southern Nigeria and Eastern Europe, Iver's artistic identity was shaped by multiple cultures before the outbreak of war forced his return home. The experience left a lasting imprint on his music, which often explores themes of love, faith, longing, escapism, and self-discovery. Independent in spirit and genre-fluid in approach, Iver continues to build a distinctive sonic world where warmth and melancholy coexist—a world of gloomy sunshine, velvet soul, and restless romance.
