Singer and songwriter, Mario Fresh is currently Romanian's biggest R&B/Pop crossover act, having worked with Mohamed Ramadan, Smiley, Andra, among others. He found his regional success in 2014 with his popular single "Am rămas cu gândul la tine" featuring Alex Velea which was considered his debut. Mario Fresh went viral in 2022 when he released the single "Necesar" featuring RENVTØ, which gathered over 80M streams and was #1 in the Romanian charts for over 6 months, igniting viral dance challenges across social media. On a global level, "Necesar" was #1 in 10 countries and was ranked in 114 charts globally, thus reaching the Shazam Global Chart. Mario Fresh started his career at a very young age while competing in vocal competitions and being part of TV shows such as "Romania's got talent". In 2014, he started pursuing his music career full-time and by 2020 he had already various Romanian pop acts including "Solo", "Brațe străine" featuring Andra, "Caliente" and "Săracă inima mea". With an undeniable belief in his potential and the fast-paced track record to prove it, Mario became the #1 artist in Romania for 3+ months, thus becoming the most long-lasting artist in the Romanian charts. He tops Romania 2022 year-end records as the most streamed artist with singles such as "Umbre" featuring Connect-R and "Inimă stai" featuring RENVTØ and Johny Romano. In 2023, he released "Ai fost" featuring Alina Eremia and "Nécessaire" featuring Mohamed Ramadan.
