Outcast Music

Outcast Music’ is a record and artist management label that encompasses the authentic, no-gimmick, raw and fearless approach to artist discovery, A&Ring and marketing. Through originality and creativity we will bring the much-needed balance of alternative sounds and hip hop combined. As a label and management company we are looking at new ways of both innovating the music space and providing the much-needed change and attention to the other areas that we have not seen other labels focus on in the UK We are keen to create timeless music but also keen to ensure that the talent we work with are provided with equal opportunities that support strategic growth and development and a support foundation for their well-being. We will be partnering up with Marketing experts, Well-being experts and Educational institutes on creating subdivisions that will help develop our mission to be a recording label that believes in doing more for both the music, the arts and the talent that we work with. The label is founded by A&R exec, Michael Flakes and Music Manager, Steven Odufuye. As part of the executive team, Flakes and Odufuye are joined by Jeff Barlon who will oversee the Creative Direction and David Ssali and Jermaine Denty who will oversee Commercial Operations. We are committed to discovering talent from their raw state, harbouring and developing their skills through an incubator style talent development process and showcase them to the world in new ways.
