Balraj Shastri

With a strong ancestral background in music and support of his grandfather, father and uncles who are time-honoured virtuosos of the same industry Balraj successfully holds a stalwart position as a songster today. Due to the creative upbringing, Balraj developed an affection towards music at a very tender age, and eventually ended up pledging to pursue the art of creating melodies further in his career. With the love and support of his family, Balraj, learnt the domain specialities while pursuing the Masters degree in Performing Arts (Vocal) from Upasana School of Performing Arts. Apart from pursuing music academically, he developed a niche in music by giving singlehanded performances on various occasions. So far, the Ahmedabad based artist has been honoured with numerous awards and won innumerable hearts through his magical voice in National Youth Festivals. Balraj Shastri is one of the freshest names in the music industry and is known as one of the best prodigy performers today with an ability to perform multiple genres. His forte lies in performing Bollywood, Regional, Classical, Semi Classical and Western.
