DJ/Producer Elias R has been a fixture in the music scene for over two decades, blending his Colombian roots and Chicago upbringing into a dynamic, genre-bending sound. Now based in Orlando, he crafts DJ sets and productions that span melodic sunset vibes, hypnotic tech house, and dark, driving techno. Elias has rapidly released tracks on labels like Nervous, Circus Recordings, Snatch!, Stereo Productions, Tronic Music, and more. His signature style weaves influences from underground scenes in Chicago, New York, and Detroit, delivering grooves that melt together perfectly and evolve. His productions gained major recognition when his track Buggin Me featured on Richie Hawtin’s 2013 Enter Ibiza Compilation, earning support from heavyweights like Carl Cox, Nicole Moudaber, and Josh Butler. More recently in 2024 he remixed a track for Nathan Barato on Origins Rcrds that recieved support from the likes of Marco Lys. Sharing stages with icons like Hot Since 82, The Martinez Brothers, and Dubfire, Elias continues to push boundaries in the studio and behind the decks. “I aim to fuse unexpected elements and evolve as an artist,” he says, connecting deeply with audiences and shaping the future of house and techno is my goal.
