Biography & Metadata

Arily Michele is a wildflower, poet, and storyteller from the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. She artfully combines her operatic and theatrical background with gothic storytelling, ethereal textures, and grooving rhythms to craft her signature dreamy neo-psychedelic pop sound. Her soaring coloratura soprano vocals and synth-driven performances have bewitched audiences throughout her home state of Colorado, as well as several states in the southeast and midwest. Now based in Nashville, Arily is a Recording Academy voting member whose work as a vocalist and producer has earned her a handful of award nominations. Her music has been featured on Colorado Public Radio’s Colorado Matters, KTCL 93.3’s Locals Only program, Obscure Sound, and Music Connection Magazine, in addition to receiving GRAMMY consideration. Her work as a recording artist officially began when she founded Denver-based dreampop band Viewfinders alongside guitarist Alex Goetz and drummer Ryan Smith. She recorded some of her first songs with the group – most notably, their debut single Cheerwine, which received local airplay, and the subsequent Moonlight EP. She emerged as a soloist in 2021 with Echolalia, and released a self-produced concept album called Highway Hypnosis in 2024. Her third album, Meditation for Wildflowers, is a psychedelic Rocky Mountain pastoral. It was inspired by the idea that after a forest fire, wildflowers are the first to grow, making them a powerful symbol of hope and healing.
