Lexxicon is a queer electronic dancehall artist turning the club into church. Think Major Lazer's sound-system chaos filtered through a Brazilian Funk, Dembow and Reggaeton inspired Soundscape. Jamaican-born, Toronto-raised, and tired of waiting for dancehall to catch up, His breakout song, "Batty Man Party," hijacked a slur used to ridicule queer Caribbean people and turned it into a bona fide party anthem instead. Petty? Yes. Effective? Also yes. Onstage, he's relentless, a magnetic, high-voltage performer who treats every set like the last five minutes of a party nobody wants to end. Sweat-soaked & unpredictable, his energy has carried him across stages in the US, Canada, the UK, Amsterdam, and Scotland.
