Once upon a time, in a magical land, Spritely was living her happily ever after. But 30 days after moving into their castle, her Prince Charming revealed himself to be an evil Alien, and dumped her. She fell from the sky onto the streets of a planet called Earth, where knights in shining armor were traded for Hinge profiles, and instead of magic, there was only music. Heartbroken but determined, she began capturing her grief in songs—some loud and aching, some bare and bitter, all carrying the unbearable weight of her broken heart. Millions of people on something called the internet discovered her story and began rooting her on, cheering for every step she took to rebuild her once-magical life. So, with her trusty dragon-cat Daisy at her side, Spritely set to work creating After Ever After: the EP that tells the whole story. From the viral song that started it all, to the Y2K pop-rock scream-in-your-bedroom anthems that followed (and the biting acoustic closer, “Find a Girl”), it marks the start of a new era for Spritely. Now based in Nashville, she’s turning the death of one fairy tale into the start of another.
