Harrison Rook

Harrison Rook is an up and coming tenor saxophonist from the Central Florida area. He is currently studying jazz and commercial music at Florida State University. His greatest saxophone inspirations are Michael Brecker, Chris Potter, and numerous other players from the jazz lineage. With a varied musical skillset, he frequently produces, mixes, arranges and composes. Many of his projects reimagine classic video game soundtracks into jazz arrangements. For his latest single "Egg Planet", adapted from the Nintendo Wii game Super Mario Galaxy, he performed on the track and fully produced using the studio facilities at the university. Harrison hopes that he can push video game music to new heights as he brings it to the jazz scene.
