Biography & Metadata
OTM Members Duffy and BluePesos are effectively from the South Central section of LA, Started to rap in late 2019 with freestyles and gained an inner city buzz in 2020 to advance the nervous music narrative. OTM has now released multiple full-length projects in the past 3 years, the first being their debut “Off The Mussle” and the second being a tribute album titled “Cold Devil” by Drakeo, where the pair honor their fallen idol and friend with “Cold Demons” . Drakeo was their biggest artistic influence and to the person who ultimately helped put them in position. Like Drakeo, BluePesos retains a lackadaisical approach to rap, often seeming unenthused with lines like “a very bad day, he died in his Impala,” or “Poed now I’m back from the dead like I’m Makaveli” It’s an elevated form of shit-talking aimed at hyper-local rap trends and it could technically be about anyone. Duffy has a straight-forward rapping style that is bar heavy with punchlines and also a smooth cadence that could be compared to Snoop Dogg. Timely references and dark humor that sets OTM apart from their peers. Almost every Duffy line is emphasized with an animated quality that adds a sneering menace to his otherwise deadpan delivery.
