Celine Cairo

Celine Cairo is an Amsterdam-born singer-songwriter known for her emotionally disarming sound, blending introspective indie-folk with ethereal, spacious chamber pop. With over 40M streams, the independent artist’s music has resonated far beyond the Netherlands, with syncs in major U.S. series like Queen Sugar and Love, Victor. She released her debut EP in 2013, produced by Fin Greenall (Fink), who mentored her early songwriting and helped shape her first steps into the industry. Her debut album Free Fall (2016), recorded in LA, introduced a sonic world where '80s-inspired synths and pulsing drums intertwined with acoustic tracks like her streaming hit “Hibernate,” which surpassed 15M streams. Her 2nd album Overflow (2021) brought a more organic shift, with several songs co-produced in London with Tim Bran – known for his work with London Grammar, HAEVN, and Birdy. Having performed in iconic venues such as Carnegie Hall, the Royal Concertgebouw and Paradiso, Cairo brings both quiet intimacy and sweeping intensity to the stage – inviting human connection, dignity, and self-compassion in the midst of chaos. She’s carved out a corner of her own somewhere between London Grammar’s moody trip-hop, AURORA's whimsical spirit, and Ben Howard's organic indiefolk.
