Mental Cruelty

A WORLD FORGED IN SOUND From Karlsruhe, Germany, Mental Cruelty have evolved from an underground deathcore force into a blackened extreme-metal band with a distinctly cinematic identity. Across Europe and North America, the group built its name on precise, uncompromising live performances and records that continually widened the frame of modern heaviness. ZWIELICHT (2023) introduced vocalist Lukas Nicolai and crystallised a new era: orchestral scale, black-metal atmosphere, emotional melody and crushing rhythmic impact. The forthcoming ECHOES OF A FORLORN LAND pushes that evolution further, folding blackened death metal, folk and power-metal colour into the band's deathcore foundation. The result is immersive, aggressive and unmistakably Mental Cruelty. DARKER. HEAVIER. WIDER. Ancient myth retold through modern extreme metal.
