Biography & Metadata

Patrick Staniforth creates music to tell stories – stories drawn from life, honest and unfiltered. His songs explore what moves us all: connection, longing, love, desperation, struggles in live and sometimes the things left unsaid. He began playing the piano at the age of 11 and picked up the guitar during his teenage years. Over time, he played in various bands and continuously honed his songwriting craft. His ideas often come from people's stories – either a specific tale sparks the inspiration or a new riff on the guitar leads the way. Next to some memorable melodies it´s the distinctive tone of his voice that lingers long after the music fades . What sets him apart is his authenticity. What you hear is who he truly is, no frills, no facade. After years of writing, he's excited to finally start releasing his music and sharing these stories with the world. In December 2024, the Spanish online edition of the Rolling Stone magazine included his song 'PIECES' on a list of songs you didn’t know could change your day. So dive in, feel the resonance, and perhaps find pieces of your own story in his songs.
