La Raca Flaca

Rachel, musically known as La Raca Flaca, was born and raised in New Jersey. As a child and teenager, she loved writing lyrics and creating melodies while recording on her cassette tapes, yet never executed this talent to the public. In 2018 though, she took advantage of an opportunity to move her life across the map to Los Angeles, California. She quickly picked up where she left off from years ago and invested in her passion for singing and songwriting. Not long after, she began releasing singles including one of her most popular ones, Mr. Golden Sun. This song paved the way for her dark-pop genre to continue flourishing. Her sound has become a reflection of her journey — one of resilience, discovery, and unapologetic authenticity. Since then, she has released other singles, including Mr. Golden Sun (Remix), The Mirror, The Mirror (Remix), Beam Me Up, and Cold Turkey. Her newest song, Back By Your Side, will be making its way to listeners’ ears on February 14th 2025.
