Biography & Metadata
Emerging from 25 years of experience in Bay Area bands – and several one-off projects – Devereux Scales formed between 2023 and 2024 through a mix of collaboration and evolving lineups. Songwriters Matt Lavin and Jeremy Nunes weave together shimmering guitars, driving rhythms, and shadow-lit melodies that build on the heyday of 4AD and Creation Records, while carving a space of their own.
