Regnør

Regnør is the solo piano project of award-winning composer and music producer Moritz Wanger. The newest release marks a significant milestone for the project. These compositions were written during quiet moments of contemplation, surrounded by the lush rainforest of Byron Bay’s hinterland. This tranquil setting, with its profound stillness and connection to pure nature, deeply influenced the music. The pieces also reflect Regnør’s life in London and his transition to the Australian countryside—a journey from the relentless noise and pace of the city to the serenity and simplicity of nature. Recorded on his dream piano, this release captures the closest realisation of the sound Regnør has always envisioned, offering a deeply personal and meditative listening experience.
